Kindly settle your bill before 10h00 on the day of your departure.

Please make sure that your vehicle is parked in the garage allocated to you AT ALL TIMES. Our premises are very safe, but cars are easily stolen from the quiet street. If you should receive any visitors, the staff member on duty will also make safe parking available as far as physically possible.

Free cold drink in the fridge, coffee and tea in the room. Should the fridge be noisy – do switch it off. In the dining room of the main house purified water is always available – chilled or at room temperature.

Dinner can be arranged with our manager Santa or our caterer Badia, at the numbers below before 10h00 on the day that the dinner is needed. Of course all the Melville restaurants are just round the corner, and the number for Mr Delivery is also given below. Please specify a room number when placing your order with them.

If somebody wants to phone you at the B+B please let them call our land line: +27-11-726-8452; staff phone: +27-82-902-5799, or they could also try our call box which is +27-11-482-2467. The latter is a card phone just outside our breakfast room for which cards are available at the cafés in Melville.

25 MB complimentary Internet access on arrival – our premises is a "Wi-Fi Hotspot", and you are entitled to a free 25 Megabyte-voucher when you arrive. Further access can be bought by credit card. The voucher can be used at airports and amongst others Mugg and Bean coffee shops. See our internet help page which should be in your room, and if needs be also consult the Always-On Wi-Fi Help line.

• Laundry arrangements can be made with the lady cleaning your room and payment should be made to her directly in accordance with the price quoted before hand for your bundle.
• A few very basic medical items are normally available – do ask, we might just be able to help.
• Transfers to the airport are handled by Badia - numbers below.
• Should you have any problems please call Jannie on 082-410-4046 or Richard on 082-902-5799, or speak to the person on duty. Please do not hesitate to report any faults.

Rooms at Die Agterplaas are non-smoking. Kindly make use of our veranda and patio where there are ashtrays, or you could ask for one from the person on duty. You might also request to be placed in a room at the veranda.
